Carriage Lane Farm is a full service equine facility located in Nicholasville, Jessamine County, Kentucky, in the heart of the Bluegrass. Established by John Conatser in the late 1970's, Carriage Lane Farm has risen to prominence in the American Saddlebred and Hackney Pony breeds through hard work and a commitment to horsemanship and excellence. Breeding, showing and selling quality prospects and proven show ring champions in a variety of price ranges. Carriage Lane Farm is the life's work of its owners John and Tammie Conatser.

Trainer John Conatser is the son of Hall of Fame horseman Marvin Conatser. His wife, Tammie Turner Conatser, is a licensed attorney who has chosen to join her husband in his equine endeavors after successfully competing as a juvenile and amateur. John was the 2005 UPHA Richard E. Lavery Professional Horseman of the Year. Together they have created a business that prides itself on quality, professionalism, honesty, hard work and enjoyment. The customers at CLF are a small group of dedicated owners and riders who share the Conatsers' passion for the Saddlebred and Hackney pony breeds. It is a family atmosphere filled with good memories and great expectations.
